研究目的：

使用超声测量左侧膈肌位移指标，探究多种超声测量方法与标准方法之间的一致性。  

Objectives of Study：

Using ultrasound to measure the displacement index of the left diaphragm and exploring the consistency between multiple ultrasound measurement methods and standard methods.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.观察组：（1）呼吸中枢相关疾病、神经-肌肉传导障碍相关疾病；（2）肺部、纵膈或腹部手术史；（3）肺部、纵膈或膈肌肿瘤；（4）孕妇、脊柱或胸壁畸形等；（5）无法获取清晰的超声图像或其他不适合纳入研究的因素；（6）正在参与其他干预性研究。
2.对照组：（1）存在胸腔、肺、纵膈或呼吸中枢相关疾病；（2）受试者无法配合完成研究、无法获取清晰的超声图像或其他不适合纳入研究的因素；（3）正在参与其他干预性研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Observation group: (1) Respiratory center related diseases and neuromuscular conduction disorders related diseases; (2) History of lung, mediastinal, or abdominal surgery; (3) Lung, mediastinal or diaphragmatic tumors; (4) Pregnant women, spinal or chest wall deformities, etc; (5) Unable to obtain clear ultrasound images or other factors unsuitable for inclusion in the study; (6) Currently participating in other intervention studies.
2.Control group: (1) Patients with chest, lung, mediastinal, or respiratory center related diseases; (2) The subjects are unable to cooperate in completing the study, unable to obtain clear ultrasound images, or other factors that are not suitable for inclusion in the study; (3) I am currently participating in other intervention studies.
