研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是通过回顾分析对比O-arm导航辅助组和C-arm透视辅助组之间的结果，并探讨O-arm导航辅助下的UNS-ULBD的在对椎板狭窄的减压范围、透视次数和辐射暴露、手术时间、出血量和住院天数等方面的优势，将新智生产力赋能中西医结合脊柱外科精准化治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective of this study is to conduct a retrospective comparative analysis of the outcomes between the O-arm navigation-assisted group and the C-arm fluoroscopy-assisted group. It aims to explore the advantages of O-arm navigation-assisted uni-portal non-coaxial spinal endoscopic unilateral laminotomy for bilateral decompression (UNS-ULBD) in terms of decompression range, fluoroscopy frequency and radiation exposure, surgical time, blood loss, and length of hospital stay. This will facilitate the advancement of precision treatment in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for spinal surgery.

排除标准：

1.术后3个月未来我院随访及行腰椎CT检查者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have not completed follow-up and those who have not successfully undergone lumbar CT examination 3 months postoperatively.

本研究为回顾性研究，在手术前，由主刀医师将导航和非导航的优缺点充分和患者及家属告知后，由患者及家属自由选择，并签署手术知情同意书。

This study is a retrospective analysis. Before the surgery, the chief surgeon fully informed the patients and their families about the advantages and disadvantages of navigation and non-navigation methods, allowing them to make a free choice and sign the informed consent form for the surgery.
