1.构建社区衰弱老年人简短运动动态适配干预方案 2.评价社区衰弱老年人简短运动动态适配干预的干预效果及其可实施性  

Objectives of Study：

1.To Develop a Brief Exercise Adaptive Intervention for Community-dwelling (Pre)frail Older Adults 2.To Assess the Effectiveness and Implementation of a Brief Exercise Adaptive Intervention for Community-dwelling (Pre)frail Older Adults

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.重度认知功能障碍者，采用简易认知状态量表（Short Portable Mental Status Questionnaire, SPMSQ）进行排除； 2.严重视听障碍； 3.不能独立行走； 4.运动禁忌症者，含各种疾病的急性阶段、病情严重或病后处于未控制阶段（如高血压、糖尿病未控制）、可引发严重后果的心血管疾病（如未控制的心律失常、主动脉狭窄、夹层动脉瘤）； 5.参与其他干预研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe cognitive impairment, assessed using the Short Portable Mental Status Questionnaire (SPMSQ) for exclusion; 2. Severe visual or hearing impairment; 3. Inability to walk independently; 4. Contraindications to exercise, including: Acute phases of any disease, Severe or uncontrolled medical conditions (e.g., uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes), Cardiovascular conditions that may lead to serious consequences (e.g., uncontrolled arrhythmia, aortic stenosis, dissecting aneurysm); 5. Participation in other intervention studies.
