研究目的：

本研究旨在探討由短影音應用引導的慈愛冥想（Loving-Kindness Meditation, LKM）對中高階管理者心理與行為層面的影響，具體包括：是否能有效提升其情緒調節能力、增進同理心與自我關懷水準，並進一步減少辱虐式領導行為的發生。透過數位化、短時段的介入方式，本研究嘗試驗證慈愛靜觀在現代職場領導發展中的實用性與可行性，期望為組織中的倫理領導培養與心理健康促進提供嶄新且具實證基礎的介入模式。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the effects of short video app–guided Loving-Kindness Meditation (LKM) on the psychological and behavioral aspects of mid- to senior-level managers. Specifically, it explores whether LKM can effectively enhance emotion regulation, increase empathy and self-compassion, and further reduce the occurrence of abusive leadership behaviors. By employing a digital, time-efficient intervention, this study seeks to evaluate the practicality and feasibility of LKM in the context of modern workplace leadership development. It aspires to offer a novel, evidence-based approach for cultivating ethical leadership and promoting psychological well-being within organizations.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有精神病史或存在精神障碍疾病； 2.正在服用精神类药物； 3.无固定雇主及自由业工作； 4.过去一年或目前正在进行任何形式的心理干预者； 5.既往进行过任何形式的冥想训练。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of mental illness or mental disorders; 2. Taking psychotropic drugs; 3. No fixed employer and freelance work; 4. Those who have engaged in any form of psychological intervention in the past year or currently; 5. Have engaged in any form of prior meditation training.
