研究目的:是为评估卵圆孔未闭封堵术对左心房功能的影响提供客观证据,并为术后监测策略提供指导。  

Objectives of Study：

The goal is to provide objective evidence for assessing the impact of closure on LA function and to inform postoperative monitoring strategies.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在其他结构性心脏病,如高血压、心肌病或瓣膜病; 2.心室腔大小异常或心肌壁厚度异常; 3.功能性心脏疾病,如心力衰竭; 4.任何类型的心律失常; 5.全身性合并症,包括糖尿病、血脂异常、甲状腺功能亢进或贫血； 6.无法完成后续随访或无法提供完整的基线数据。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of other structural heart diseases, such as hypertension, cardiomyopathy, or valvular disease; 2. Abnormal ventricular cavity size or myocardial wall thickness; 3. Functional heart diseases, such as heart failure; 4. Any type of arrhythmia; 5. Systemic comorbidities, including diabetes, dyslipidemia, hyperthyroidism, or anemia; 6. Inability to complete follow-up or provide complete baseline data.
