研究目的:

1. 验证脑电驱动的触觉增强软体手部康复机器干预脑卒中手功能障碍的有效性。 2. 探索脑电驱动的触觉增强软体手部康复机器人促进脑卒中患者手功能恢复康复的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To evaluate the effectiveness of a BCI-driven SRG system enhanced with VTS in stroke patients with upper limb impairment. 2. To explore the neural mechanisms underlying its therapeutic effects in stroke patients with upper limb impairment.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.严重肌肉痉挛(MAS>2);2.视觉功能障碍 ;3.偏瘫侧上肢伴有其他骨关节疾病或存在明显的关节疼痛;4.严重心肺疾患及多脏器功能衰竭者;5.后循环脑卒中;6.妊娠期妇女;7.患有其他脑疾病(如脑肿瘤、精神病、帕金森等)。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) severe muscle spasticity with Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) >2; (2) visual impairments; (3) posterior circulation stroke; (4) severe cardiopulmonary disease or multi-organ failure; (5) pregnancy; (6) other musculoskeletal disorders or significant joint pain in the hemiparetic upper limb; (7) other neurological disorders, such as brain tumors, psychiatric disorders or Parkinson’s disease.

根据纳排标准纳入潜在受试者,完成基线评估后,受试者将被随机分为试验组与对照组(比率1:1),随机化信息将通过密封信封传递,直到研究完成。一名研究员负责监督,确保试验的随机化。整个试验过程中,研究者通过代码代替真实姓名区分受试者。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

After the baseline assessment is completed and the inclusion/exclusion criteria are checked, the participants will be randomized into experimental group and control group (ratio 1:1), and randomization information will be passed on in sealed envelopes until the study is completed. Randomization will be supervised by a researcher to ensure protocol adherence. Throughout the trial, subjects will be identified by codes instead of real names.
