纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 手术牙位既往填充过骨粉的患者； 2. 存在上颌窦急性感染、上颌窦囊肿的患者； 3. 未经治疗的牙周炎患者，急性根尖周炎、根尖周囊肿和/或中晚期牙周病的患者需要排除； 4. 口腔环境较差，不能保持良好的口腔卫生护理的患者； 5. 有头颈部放疗史或正在接受放射治疗的患者； 6. 控制不良的糖尿病（空腹血糖值超过正常值上限的2 倍），控制不良的高血压（收缩压≥160 mmHg 和/或舒张压≥100 mmHg）患者； 7. 肝肾功能异常（ALT 和AST 值超过正常值上限的1.5 倍，或肌酐超过正常值）的患者； 8. 患有骨代谢性疾病（如：骨质疏松、畸形性骨炎等），或入组前3 个月内服用过可显著影响骨代谢的药物或制品（如类固醇，二膦酸盐等）的患者； 9. 有严重心、肝、肺、肾等重要脏器疾病或严重血液、免疫、内分泌系统疾病的患者； 10. 大量吸烟（≥10 支/天）的患者； 11. 妊娠及意向妊娠的育龄期妇女或哺乳期妇女；配偶有妊娠意向的男性患者； 12. 严重精神疾病患者； 13. 患者近 3 个月内参加过或正在参加其他药物或器械临床试验； 14. 依从性差或其他经研究者判定不适合纳入的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have previously had bone powder filled in the surgical tooth position; 2. Patients with acute maxillary sinus infection or maxillary sinus cyst; 3. Untreated periodontitis patients, acute periapical periodontitis, periapical cysts, and/or patients with advanced periodontal disease need to be excluded; 4. Patients with poor oral environment who cannot maintain good oral hygiene care; 5. Patients with a history of head and neck radiation therapy or currently undergoing radiation therapy; 6. Patients with poorly controlled diabetes (fasting blood glucose value exceeds 2 times the upper limit of normal value), and patients with poorly controlled hypertension (systolic blood pressure ≥ 160 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >= 100 mmHg); 7. Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function (ALT and AST values exceeding 1.5 times the upper limit of normal, or creatinine exceeding normal); 8. Patients with bone metabolism disorders (such as osteoporosis, abnormal osteoarthritis, etc.), or those who have taken drugs or products that can significantly affect bone metabolism (such as steroids, bisphosphonates, etc.) within the past 3 months before enrollment; 9. Patients with severe heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organ diseases or severe blood, immune, endocrine system diseases; 10. Patients who smoke heavily (>= 10 cigarettes/day); 11. Pregnant and intending pregnant women of childbearing age or breastfeeding women; Male patients whose spouse intends to conceive; 12. Patients with severe mental illness; 13. The patient has participated in or is currently participating in clinical trials of other drugs or devices within the past 3 months; 14. Patients with poor compliance or those deemed unsuitable for inclusion by researchers;
