研究目的：

旨在研究腹腔镜手术术中低体温对凝血功能和血清炎性因子的影响，完善低体温与凝血功能的关联、预估患者血栓风险以及优化腹腔镜手术患者结局。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to study the effect of hypothermia on coagulation function and serum inflammatory factors during laparoscopic surgery, to improve the association between hypothermia and coagulation function, to estimate the risk of thrombosis in patients, and to optimize the outcomes of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前存在体温异常；
2.预期术中需控制性降温；
3.术前存在凝血功能、免疫功能异常、合并血液系统恶性疾病；
4.术前2周内有促凝或抗凝、抗血小板类药物应用史；
5.拒绝签署知情同意书；
6.由腹腔镜改为开腹手术；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Abnormal body temperature preoperatively; 2. Controlled cooling is expected during surgery; 3. Before surgery, there were abnormal coagulation function, immune function, and hematologic malignant diseases; 4. History of procoagulation or anticoagulation and antiplatelet use within 2 weeks before surgery; 5. Refusal to sign informed consent; 6. Changed from laparoscopy to open surgery;
