研究目的：

探讨不同血压监测频次对急性主动脉夹层伴高血压患者的临床效应。通过系统比较0-2-5分钟测量频次与常规频次监测方案，明确其对病情预警、平均降压时间、目标血压值达标率、夹层破裂发生率及死亡率等的影响差异，关注在危重护理场景中高频监测对早期发现夹层扩展、避免恶性高血压的临床价值；为制定"最小伤害-最大获益"的护理规范提供循证依据；同时也为提升我院急诊护理专科水平提供实践路径。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the clinical effects of different blood pressure monitoring frequencies on patients with acute aortic dissection and hypertension. By comparing the measurement frequency of 0-2-5 minutes with the conventional frequency monitoring scheme through the system, the differences in its impact on disease warning, average blood pressure lowering time, target blood pressure value compliance rate, interlayer rupture rate, and mortality rate are clarified. Attention is paid to the clinical value of high-frequency monitoring in early detection of interlayer expansion and avoidance of malignant hypertension in critical care scenarios; To provide evidence-based support for the development of nursing standards that prioritize "minimum harm maximum benefit"; At the same time, it also provides a practical path for improving the specialized level of emergency nursing in our hospital.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.急性冠脉综合征、高血压脑病、急性脑卒中、急性心力衰竭、重度房室传导阻滞等； 2.年龄>75岁； 3.可能对乌拉地尔过敏或存在其他药物禁忌证； 4.病人拒绝接受相关治疗方案。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute coronary syndrome, hypertensive encephalopathy, acute stroke, acute heart failure, severe atrioventricular block, etc.; 2. Age>75 years old; 3. May be allergic to uradil or have other drug contraindications; 4. The patient refuses to accept the relevant treatment plan.

血压监测频次采用0-2-5原则：即用药前（0点）测量一次血压，用药后2分钟测量一次血压，随后每5分钟监测，通过监测血压调整输入速度，直至血压降至目标值，达标后改为15分钟监测一次血压。

由研究者使用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组。具体随机方案：1.编号：将110名研究对象按入院先后顺序进行编号；2.产生随机数：从随机数字表的第2行第1列开始依次取110 个随机数（重复数字跳过）赋予患者编号，再将随机数由小到大依次编秩；3.随机分组：规定随机数字秩次为1-55为观察组，56-110为对照组。
