Investigating the association between dynamic lactate trajectories within 72 hours of ICU admission and clinical outcomes in patients with acute kidney injury (AKI) after cardiac surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 再入院患者（仅考虑首次入院）； 2. 终末期肾病（需维持性透析或肾移植)； 3. 生存数据缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Readmitted patients (only the first admission was considered); 2. End-stage renal disease (requiring maintenance dialysis or kidney transplantation); 3. Missing survival data.
