研究目的：

非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）是最常见的肺癌类型，尽管早期（I、II期）接受手术治疗，仍有部分患者出现术后复发。由于肿瘤的异质性，部分患者未能从辅助治疗中获益。因此，识别术后高危患者、进行风险分层具有重要意义。基因组学具有预测术后复发能力，但需要有创取样，且无法全面评估肿瘤的异质性。影像组学能无创、全面且定量描述肿瘤影像学异质性，并在预后预测中发挥重要作用，但在早期肺癌术后复发中的应用缺乏生物学解释。  

Objectives of Study：

Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the most common type of lung cancer, and some patients still experience postoperative recurrence despite surgery at an early stage (stage I and II). Due to the heterogeneity of tumors, some patients do not benefit from adjuvant therapy. Therefore, it is of great significance to identify high-risk patients and stratify them at risk. Genomics has the ability to predict postoperative recurrence, but invasive sampling is required and tumor heterogeneity cannot be fully assessed. Radiomics can characterize tumor imaging heterogeneity noninvasively, comprehensively and quantitatively, and play an important role in prognostic prediction, but its application in postoperative recurrence of early lung cancer lacks biological explanation.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有肿瘤放化疗及免疫治疗史；
2.既往有胸部肿瘤手术史；
3.临床资料不完整，缺乏病例及影像信息；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Previous history of chemoradiotherapy and immunotherapy;
2.Previous thoracic tumor surgery;
3.The clinical data are incomplete, and there is a lack of case and imaging information;
