研究目的：

明确甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑持续输注在老年 PFNA 手术中对疗效、安全性及术后认知功能障碍的影响，建立完善的评估体系和治疗方案，为提高老年患者手术质量、降低术后不良事件发生率及改善认知功能提供科学依据和临床指导。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the impact of continuous infusion of remimazolam tosilate on efficacy, safety, and postoperative cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients undergoing PFNA surgery, establish a comprehensive evaluation system and treatment plan, and provide a scientific basis and clinical guidance for improving the surgical quality of elderly patients, reducing the incidence of postoperative adverse events, and improving cognitive function.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不能耐受手术创伤患者； 2.对甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑过敏者； 3.多种疾病或伴有重要脏器功能衰竭； 4.精神性疾病或认知功能障碍； 5.拒绝接受本临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who cannot tolerate surgical trauma; 2.Patients allergic to remimazolam tosylate; 3.Patients with multiple diseases or accompanied by failure of vital organs; 4.Patients with mental illness or cognitive impairment; 5.Patients who refuse to participate in this clinical trial.
