本项目旨在比较顶椎前移重建技术与SRS Schwab 4级截骨术治疗创伤后胸腰椎后凸的临床及影像学结果，为临床治疗提供理论依据和选择。

To compare the effectiveness of FVAR technique with SRS-Schwab grade 4 osteotomy in treating PTK.
