Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of continuous intraoperative insulin infusion on the incidence of postoperative pneumonia in patients with esophageal cancer.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

A. 术前合并肺炎 B. 糖尿病患者 C. 严重心血管疾病患者 D. 严重肝肾功减退患者 E. 既往胰岛素过敏患者

Exclusion criteria：

A. Preoperative pneumonia B. Diabetic patients C. Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases D. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction E. Patients with previous insulin allergy

患者在麻醉诱导后泵注人胰岛素（2U/h），同时按1:3的初始比例匀速输注10%葡萄糖溶液。根据术中血气分析结果动态调整胰岛素与葡萄糖比例

所有患者根据入院顺序，统计师使用SPSS生成随机序列按1:1的比例随机分配到实验组（胰岛素输注）或对照组。

Blinding：

After the surgery, two follow-up personnel who were unaware of the experimental protocol conducted postoperative follow-up and data collection. Throughout the process, both the patients and the postoperative follow-up personnel remained blinded to the experimental protocol information of the subjects.
