研究目的：

本研究旨在系统探讨术前头颅磁共振（MRI）多模态参数与老年肿瘤患者术后康复指标的关联性。具体目标包括：（1）明确脑结构参数（如白质高信号体积、海马萎缩程度、皮层厚度等）及功能参数（如静息态脑网络连接强度、默认网络完整性）与术后认知功能下降、术后睡眠障碍和躯体功能恢复延迟等结局的相关性；（2）筛选具有预测价值的影像学生物标志物，构建基于MRI参数的术后康复风险分层模型。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to systematically investigate the association between preoperative multimodal magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) parameters of the brain and postoperative recovery indicators in elderly tumor patients. The specific objectives include: (1) clarifying the correlations between brain structural parameters (such as white matter hyperintensity volume, degree of hippocampal atrophy, cortical thickness, etc.) and functional parameters (such as resting-state brain network connectivity strength, default mode network integrity) with postoperative outcomes including cognitive decline, sleep disturbances, and delayed physical functional recovery; (2) screening for imaging biomarkers with predictive value and constructing an MRI parameter-based risk stratification model for postoperative recovery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 术前或术后不愿配合测试者； 2. 术前合并严重心、肺系统疾病、肝肾功能不全或术后出现心、肝、肾功能不全者； 3. 入院前合并重症神经功能障碍、认知功能障碍、睡眠障碍以及精神疾病者； 4. 语言沟通困难或无法理解研究内容者； 5. 既往有脑外伤、脑梗、肿瘤、神经脱髓鞘、酗酒及吸毒史者，近3个月内有精神活性药物服用史等； 6. 存在MRI扫描的禁忌症（眩晕、幽闭恐惧症等）； 7. 术中发生严重不良事件者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients unwilling to participate in pre- or postoperative assessments; 2. Patients with severe preexisting cardiovascular/pulmonary diseases, hepatic/renal insufficiency, or postoperative cardiac/hepatic/renal dysfunction; 3. Patients with pre-admission severe neurological dysfunction, cognitive impairment, sleep disorders, or psychiatric disorders; 4. Patients with communication barriers or inability to understand study requirements; 5. History of traumatic brain injury, cerebral infarction, brain tumors, demyelinating disorders, alcoholism, drug abuse, or psychoactive drug use within 3 months; 6. Contraindications to MRI (e.g., vertigo, claustrophobia); 7. Intraoperative occurrence of severe adverse events.
