研究目的:

分析对比健康老年人、MCI老年人在步行时的动态姿势控制、大脑皮层氧合血红蛋白浓度变化及皮层-肌肉耦合,从脑激活与运动交互作用层面揭示MCI老年人平衡能力衰退的脑机制,从脑-肢交互控制层面探究MCI老年人任务负荷下的步态神经力学机制。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to analyze and compare the dynamic postural control during walking, changes in cortical oxyhemoglobin concentration, and cortico-muscular coupling between healthy older adults and those with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). By examining the interaction between brain activation and movement, the neural mechanisms underlying the decline in balance ability in MCI older adults are revealed. Additionally, the study investigates the gait neurobiomechanical mechanisms of older adults with MCI under task load from the perspective of brain-limb interactive control.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.神经系统疾病; 2.肌肉骨骼系统疾病或影响步态表现的疾病; 3.严重未矫正的视觉或听觉障碍; 4.近6个月使用过神经系统的药物; 5.MoCA得分 < 20分。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Neurological diseases; 2. Diseases of the musculoskeletal system or diseases affecting gait performance; 3. Severe uncorrected visual or auditory impairment; 4. Have used drugs for the nervous system in the past 6 months; 5. MoCA score < 20 points.
