研究目的:

(1)明确CADFlow超声参数的诊断早期肺水肿的价值,并确定最优预测指标; (2)指导术中早期肺水肿的预防或治疗,为临床提供参考,继而推广应用。  

Objectives of Study:

(1) To make clear the value of CADFlow ultrasonic parameters in diagnosing early pulmonary edema, and to determine the optimal prediction index; (2) To guide the prevention or treatment of early pulmonary edema during operation, provide reference for clinic, and then promote its application.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

有严重心、肝、肾及肺功能不全常者,术前存在肺水肿、凝血功能异常、麻醉药物过敏史、长期服用精神类药物病史以及患者及家属拒绝签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria:

Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and lung dysfunction, preoperative pulmonary edema, abnormal coagulation function, allergic history of narcotic drugs, long-term history of taking psychotropic drugs, and patients and their families refused to sign informed consent forms.

观察每位患者手术前(T0)、冲洗液达 100ml/kg(T1)、200ml/kg(T2)、300ml/kg(T3)、400ml/kg(T4)、500ml/kg(T5)各时点CADFlow超声参数(ccFT、VTI、Vmax及Vmin)值、气道压、氧合指数、输液量及肺超声B线评分,将各项参数与气道压、氧合指数、输液量、肺超声B线评分行相关性分析,比较其相关性。

Intervention:

The ultrasonic parameters of CADFlow (ccFT, VTI, Vmax and Vmin) were observed before operation (T0), when the irrigation solution reached 100ml/kg(T1), 200ml/kg(T2), 300ml/kg(T3), 400ml/kg(T4) and 500ml/kg(T5) in each patient.
