研究目的：

通过分析并比较VIJV、IVC-CI、FTc三个指标单独、两两联合及三者联合对下腹部肿瘤手术患者PIH的预测价值,探寻更敏感、更特异预测下腹部肿瘤手术患者PIH的指标，继而在临床上推广使用。

Objectives of Study：

By analyzing and comparing the predictive value of three indicators, VIJV, IVC-CI, and FTc, individually, in pairs, and in combination, for PIH in patients undergoing lower abdominal tumor surgery, we aim to explore more sensitive and specific indicators for predicting PIH in patients undergoing lower abdominal tumor surgery, and then promote their use in clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

每位患者分别行颈内静脉呼吸变异度、下腔静脉塌陷指数、颈动脉校正血流时间测量

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Each patient underwent measurements of internal jugular vein respiratory variability, inferior vena cava collapse index, and carotid artery corrected blood flow time

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①颈内静脉、下腔静脉、颈动脉超声检查提示狭窄或畸形；②术前合并贫血或平均动脉压< 65mmHg；③术前持续血压高于180/110mmHg；④术前容量治疗；⑤腹内压增加；⑥麻醉药物过敏史及禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Ultrasound examination of the internal jugular vein, inferior vena cava, and carotid artery suggests stenosis or malformation; 2 Preoperative anemia or mean arterial pressure<65mmHg; 3 Preoperative sustained blood pressure above 180/110mmHg; 4 Preoperative volume therapy; 5 Increased intra-abdominal pressure; 6 History of anesthesia drug allergies and contraindications.
