研究目的：

探讨在接受利培酮治疗的精神分裂症患者中合并阿立哌唑能否预防高泌乳素血症的发生，并探讨阿立哌唑的最佳预防使用剂量。  

Objectives of Study：

To study whether aripiprazole chould prevent risperidone-induced hyperprolactinemia in patients with schizophrenia treaetd with risperidone, and to study the optimal dosage of aripiprazole in preventing risperidone-induced hyperprolactinemia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他精神障碍；
2.合并其他严重的身体疾病，包括严重的心血管、肝脏、肾脏疾病等；
3.患垂体瘤、下丘脑病变、甲状腺疾病、原发性闭经或继发性闭经者；
4.基线血清泌乳素水平升高，女性＞24ng/ml，男性>20ng/ml；
5.正在服用会影响催乳素水平的药物，如雌激素;
6.物质滥用史，包括酒精。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) With other psychotic disorder;
(2) Other serious physical illness including severe cardiovascular, hepatic, or renal disease and so on;
(3) Diagnosed with pituitary tumor, hypothalamic disease, thyroid disease, primary or secondary amenorrhea;
(4) Elevated serum prolactin levels at baseline (>24ng/ml in female and >20ng/ml in male);
(5) Taking medicine which can influence prolactin levels like estrogen;
(6) Current substance abuse (including alcohol consumption).
