研究目的：

制定本院AECOPD患者肺康复方案；在原有基础治疗的基础上实施肺康复干预，以期提高AECOPD患者的生活质量，降低死亡率和再住院率；对AECOPD患者接受肺康复干预的经济性、有效性和临床适应性进行评价，同时对于规范我国AECOPD 的肺康复方案具有一定的参考价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Develop pulmonary rehabilitation programs for AECOPD patients in our hospital; implement pulmonary rehabilitation interventions based on original basic therapies in order to improve the quality of life of AECOPD patients, reduce mortality and rehospitalization rates; economical effectiveness of pulmonary rehabilitation intervention for AECOPD patients The assessment of clinical adaptability and clinical practice have a certain reference value for regulating the pulmonary rehabilitation program of AECOPD in China.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

合并或表现出以下任何一项标准：存在支气管哮喘、肺结核等等肺部器质性病变的患者；存在肺癌或肺部转移癌、其他严重危及生命的疾病合并症患者；存在严重心脑血管、神经性疾病或肝肾功能损伤的患者；存在精神疾病史、认知功能障碍或交流障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Merging or exhibiting any of the following criteria: the presence of bronchial asthma, pulmonary tuberculosis, etc., in patients with pulmonary organic diseases; the presence of lung cancer or lung metastasis, other serious life-threatening disease complications; severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, Patients with neurological or liver and kidney function impairments; patients with a history of mental illness, cognitive impairment, or communication disorders.
