研究目的：

（1）收集成都市3-18岁儿童青少年连续三年屈光状态变化情况、眼轴生长情况。 （2）估计成都市年龄和性别相关的近视、远视和散光的患病率。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Collect the refractive status changes and axial growth of children and adolescents aged 3-18 in Chengdu over three consecutive years. 2. Estimate the prevalence of myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism related to age and gender in Chengdu.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

无法配合检查，以及在接下来的一年里和父母一起搬到其他地方的孩子将被排除。非居民来访者、客人、暂时缺席的儿童、寄宿学校以及被社会福利机构收容的人（如残疾人特殊学校）也将被排除在外。

Exclusion criteria：

Children who are unable to cooperate with the examination, as well as those who will move to other places with their parents in the next year, will be excluded. Non - resident visitors, guests, temporarily absent children, children in boarding schools, and those accommodated by social welfare institutions (such as special schools for people with disabilities) will also be excluded.

如果参与者带眼镜到检查点，则在4米的距离采用对数视力表(Precision Vision, La Salle, IL, USA)，对戴镜后的单眼(右眼后跟左眼)和双眼进行测试。测量一眼时，对侧眼用遮眼板遮住。那些在4米处不能阅读任何字母的人被要求逐渐靠近视力表，此时在1米处进行测试以允许视力低至1/40（0.025）。如果在1米处仍不能正确读任何字母，则将视力记录为数手指、手动或光感。

If the subjects wear spectacles to the examination site, monocular (right eye first, followed by the left eye) and binocular visual acuity will be tested at a distance of 4 meters using a logarithmic visual acuity chart (Precision Vision, La Salle, IL, USA).
