探究视神经鞘直径在妇科腹腔镜手术中的变化趋势及其与麻醉后早期恶心、呕吐及头痛的相关性  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the change trend of optic nerve sheath diameter in gynecological laparoscopic surgery and its correlation with early nausea, vomiting and headache after anesthesia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 既往有眼部疾病史（视神经损伤、视力丧失、青光眼）、眼部手术史； 2. 具有眼部外伤、眼部皮肤破溃感染的患者； 3. 既往有中枢神经系统疾病的患者； 4. 脑脊液漏患者； 5. 伴精神病症不能沟通及配合的患者； 6. 手术时长小于45分钟的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of ocular disease (optic nerve injury, vision loss, glaucoma) or prior ocular surgery; 2. Patients with ocular trauma or skin breakdown/infection around the eye; 3. Patients with a history of central nervous system disease; 4. Patients with cerebrospinal fluid leak; 5. Patients with psychiatric disorders preventing communication or cooperation; 6. Patients with surgical duration less than 45 minutes.
