研究目的：

1、明确治疗效果：本课题基于“俞募配伍”理论的经皮穴位电刺激干预措施，对脑卒中患者躯干控制功能的改善程度，量化其在提升患者平衡能力、肌肉力量及运动协调性等方面的实际效果。 2、探索作用机制：剖析“俞募配伍”理论指导下的经皮穴位电刺激，通过何种神经传导通路、生理生化反应等机制，对脑卒中患者受损的神经系统产生修复和调节作用，以促进躯干控制功能的恢复。 3、对比传统康复治疗方法，探索基于“俞募配伍”理论的经皮穴位电刺激与核心肌力相结合，在治疗脑卒中患者躯干控制功能障碍方面的独特优势与差异,为临床治疗方案的优化提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Clarify therapeutic effects: This research project, based on the theory of "Shu-Mu Points Compatibility", quantifies the improvement in trunk control function of stroke patients through transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation intervention measures, and assesses its actual effects in enhancing patients' balance ability, muscle strength, and motor coordination. 2. Explore the mechanism of action: Analyze the specific neural conduction pathways and physiological and biochemical reactions through which transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation, guided by the theory of "Shu-Mu Points Compatibility", repairs and regulates the damaged nervous system of stroke patients, thereby promoting the recovery of trunk control function. 3. Compare with traditional rehabilitation methods, explore the unique advantages and differences of combining transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation based on the theory of "Yuan-Back Shu Point Pairing" with core muscle strength training in treating trunk control dysfunction in stroke patients, and provide a scientific basis for optimizing clinical treatment plans.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.生命体征不稳定，严重心、肺、肝、肾等器官疾病； 2.本次脑卒中前存在肢体功能障碍； 3.严重的认知障碍、重度抑郁、不能配合完成康复评估； 4.Brunnstrom评分、mTIS评分和MMSE评分不能达标； 5.有金属植入物，如心脏起搏器或人工耳蜗； 6.孕妇、罹患恶性肿瘤、治疗部位感觉丧失及对电流过敏者； 7.近期参与过相似临床课题。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unstable vital signs, severe diseases of the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys and other organs; 2. Pre-existing limb dysfunction before the current stroke; 3. Severe cognitive impairment, severe depression, inability to cooperate with the completion of rehabilitation assessment; 4. Failure to meet the standards of Brunnstrom score, mTIS score and MMSE score; 5. Presence of metal implants, such as pacemakers or cochlear implants; 6. Pregnant women, those with malignant tumors, loss of sensation at the treatment site and those allergic to electric current; 7. Recent participation in similar clinical trials.
