研究目的：

（1）证实肝脏血管拓扑结构及其重塑在结直肠癌肝转移发生发展中的重要意义，为早期无创诊断提供关键线索。（2）开发人工智能算法驱动的结直肠癌肝转移风险动态预测模型，为临床提供有效的早期预警工具和实施精准治疗的科学依据。

Objectives of Study：

(1) To confirm the significance of hepatic vascular topology and its remodelling in the development of colorectal cancer liver metastases, and to provide key clues for early non-invasive diagnosis. (2) To develop an artificial intelligence algorithm-driven dynamic prediction model for the risk of colorectal cancer liver metastasis, which will provide an effective early warning tool and a scientific basis for the implementation of precise treatment in the clinic.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.结直肠癌确诊时存在肝转移 2.结直肠癌确诊时存在性质未明确的肝脏占位 3.CT/MRI图像伪影存在 4.CT/MRI图像对比度差

Exclusion criteria：

1. Colorectal cancer with liver metastasis at the time of diagnosis; 2. Unspecified liver metastasis at the time of colorectal cancer diagnosis; 3. Artifacts on CT/MRI images exist; 4. Poor contrast in CT/MRI images.
