研究目的：

比较正畸隐形矫治和固定矫治对成年女性非减数矫治患者颞区及面颊区软组织三维形态影响的差异，并探讨颞区及面颊区软组织丰满度变化与垂直骨面型的相关关系。  

Objectives of Study：

A comparative study on the differences in three-dimensional soft tissue morphology of the temporal and buccal regions between adult female non-extraction orthodontic patients treated with invisible and labial fixed orthodontics, and exploration of the correlation between soft tissue fullness changes in these regions and vertical skeletal patterns.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重颌面骨不对称、开𬌗畸形；
2.颌面部外伤、手术、正畸或拔牙史；
3.颌面部软组织发育缺陷或软组织不对称大于5mm；
4.临床症状明显的颞下颌关节紊乱；
5.研究过程中BMI有明显变化(＞1.5 kg/m2)；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe maxillomandibular skeletal asymmetry or open bite deformity;
2.History of maxillofacial trauma, surgery, orthodontic treatment, or tooth extraction;
3.Maxillofacial soft tissue developmental defects or soft tissue asymmetry >5 mm;
4.Clinically significant temporomandibular joint disorders;
5.Significant BMI change (>1.5 kg/m²) during the study period;

将图像导入Geomagic qualified软件，生成高精度的三维头部模型和颜色信息。根据额部、鼻根、颧部等稳定区域，将获得的三维数据与T0时刻的图像重叠，计算不同时间段的面部变化。在软件中选取颞区及面颊区作为三维形态分析的目标区域，进行定量三维偏差分析，计算叠加面部网格在区域内的平均三维距离偏差。

Measure method：

Images were imported into Geomagic Qualified software to generate high-precision 3D head models with color information. Using stable anatomical regions (frontal region, nasion, zygomatic region, etc.), 3D data were overlapped with the baseline (T0) image to calculate facial changes over different time periods.The temporal and buccal regions were selected as target areas for 3D morphological analysis. Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Researchers, through the measurement and analysis of images, promptly, completely, accurately and clearly load the measurement data into the electronic record sheet. Input is carried out by two people using two machines. After the original data is entered and verified as required, it is archived and saved in the order of their numbers, and a search directory and other information are filled in for future reference.
