研究目的：

1. 绘制基于行为整合理论的衰弱老年人运动行为旅程地图。 2. 构建基于衰弱老年人运动行为旅程地图的即时适配干预方案。 3. 应用并评价衰弱老年人运动行为即时适配干预方案的可行性及有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Draw the journey map of exercise behavior for frail elderly people based on the theory of behavioral integration. 2. Construct an immediate adaptive intervention program based on the journey map of exercise behavior of frail elderly people. 3. Apply and evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of the immediate adaptive intervention program for the exercise behavior of frail elderly people.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

研究一： 1.患终末期疾病； 2.患严重心、肝、肾功能不全； 3.严重失能。 研究二： 1.衰弱老年人：患终末期疾病；患严重心、肝、肾功能不全；严重失能。 2.长期照顾者：中途退出本研究。 3.医生、护士、康复治疗师、心理治疗师、社会工作者：中途退出本研究者。 研究三： 1.患终末期疾病； 2.患严重心、肝、肾功能不全； 3.严重失能。

Exclusion criteria：

Study 1: 1. Suffering from terminal illness; 2. Severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; 3. Severe disability. Study 2: 1. Frail elderly: suffering from terminal diseases; Suffer from severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; Severe disability. 2. Long-term caregivers: Withdraw from this study midway. 3. Doctors, nurses, rehabilitation therapists, psychotherapists, social workers: dropped out of this researcher midway. Study 3: 1. Suffering from terminal illness; 2. Severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; 3. Severe disability.

招募的符合纳入标准的研究对象均使用研究团队前期研发的运动信息平台进行信息收集和运动指导。前期运动信息平台已经将随机数字表写入后台，在研究对象第一次登陆运动信息平台时，由该系统随机产生一个数字，自动将该研究对象随机分配到对照组或试验组。项目组信息技术人员事先在后台设置了使用权限，形成了天然的对比池。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

For all the research participants who meet the inclusion criteria, the exercise information platform previously developed by the research team will be used for information collection and exercise guidance. The random number table has been integrated into the background of the previous exercise information platform. When the research participants log in to the exercise information platform for the first time, the system will randomly generate a number, automatically allocating the participant to either the control group or the experimental group. The information technology personnel of the project team have pre - set the access permissions in the background, forming a natural comparison pool.
