研究目的：

基于Teach-back法建立结肠镜检查健康教育手册，对结肠镜受检者采用Teach-back法的健康教育方法辅以微信作为教育补充手段，可以直观获得该方法下肠镜检查配合的第一手资料，进而得出其对肠道准备质量的影响、不良反应发生率等，为消化内镜中心改进镜检预约方式和实施个性化、全程护理服务、提供受检者肠道准备质量、改善术后不良反应提供经验参考。

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

干预方案： 1.结肠镜检查健康教育手册制订 通过头脑风暴、咨询专家等方式编写系统全面的结肠镜检查健康教育手册，内容涉及术前肠道准备、术中配合及放松技巧、术后注意事项三方面内容，包括肠镜检查的方法和意义、肠道准备重要性、术前饮食准备、药物服用方法、肠道准备是否合格的粗略判断方法、术中配合方法、术后腹胀的处理及术后饮食、休息注意事项等内容。采用文字和图片结合的方法，直观简易，简明扼要。 健康教育手册制作完成后，请相关专家对手册质量进行评估，并对缺少内容进行补充。以确保健康教育手册内容完整、科学、合理、新颖。 2.干预方案 对照组：采取常规健康教育方式，在结肠镜检查前向其解释，并发放书面材料。 试验组：成立Teach-back健康教育小组，其成员包括护士、医生、胃镜专科护士。小组成员采用“头脑风暴”的方式，编写健康教育内容，将难懂的医学术语转化为患者能够理解的语言，并确定提问语。小组成员首先互相演练，将Teach-back健康教育方法熟练掌握。 对试验组患者进行健康教育，对患者采用通俗易懂的语言进行健康后，让患者用自己的语言去反馈。采用关怀的语气和态度，避免羞辱式提问。同时向患者强调，清楚的解释是医务人员的责任。若患者反馈错误，再次对患者进行讲解，再次反馈，直到患者完全掌握。同时，给患者发放容易阅读的宣传资料，强化学习内容。 同时添加内镜中心的微信，对于受检者疑惑之处，通过语音进行解释。鼓励患者如有任何疑问可通过微信进行询问 ，健康小组成员收到后及时回复。为确保患者能够收到研究者发送的信息，小组成员在发送的信息结尾标注：如收到请回复，因此小组成员在收到回复则表明患者收到信息。

Using a combination of text and pictures, intuitive and simple, concise and concise. After the health education manual is produced, relevant experts are required to assess the quality of the manual and supplement the missing content. To ensure that the health education manual is complete, scientific, reasonable, and innovative. 2. Intervention program Control group: A routine health education method was used to explain it to the colonoscope and issue written materials. Experimental group: The Teach-back health education team was established. Its members include nurses, doctors, and gastroscopic specialists. The team members used a brainstorming approach to write health education content, translate difficult-to-understand medical terms into language that the patient can understand, and determine the questioning language. The team members first practiced each other and mastered the Teach-back health education method. The patients in the trial group were given a health education. After the patients were put into a healthy language, they were asked to feedback in their own language. Use a caring tone and attitude to avoid humiliating questions. At the same time, it is emphasized to the patient that a clear explanation is the responsibility of the medical staff. If the patient's feedback is wrong, explain the patient again and give feedback again until the patient is fully in control. At the same time, patients are given easy-to-read promotional materials to enhance their learning content. At the same time, WeChat is added to the center of the endoscope to explain the doubt to the subject. Encourage patients to ask questions if they have any questions, and members of the health team will respond promptly after receiving them. To ensure that the patient receives the information sent by the researcher, the team member marks the end of the information sent: If a reply is received, the team member receives a response indicating that the patient received the information. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 有充血性心脏病或肾功能衰竭的患者；
② 有严重的肠腔狭窄或梗阻的患者；
③ 有严重高血压（收缩压＞180mmHg和或舒张压＞110mmHg）
④ 有中毒性肠炎或巨结肠的患者；
⑤ 处于月经期的女性；
⑥ 急腹症；
⑦ 肠穿孔或疑似肠穿孔患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with congestive heart disease or renal failure;
2. Patients with severe intestinal stenosis or obstruction;
3. with severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure> 180mmHg and or diastolic blood pressure> 110mmHg)
4. Patients with toxic enteritis or megacolon;
5. women in the menstrual period;
6. acute abdomen;
7. Patients with intestinal perforation or suspected intestinal perforation.
