研究目的：

本研究采取分层整群随机分组，分析同性传播HIV/AIDS在抗病毒治疗过程中接受个案管理心理行为干预与未接受干预两组患者在负性心理、睡眠质量、高危行为、性传播疾病（梅毒）感染、服药依从性及治疗效果等方面差异，评估艾滋病精准个案管理在我国抗病毒治疗模式下的有效性，并针对研究结果提出合理对策与建议。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is designed to evaluate the effect of precise case management based on psycho-behavioral intervention in homosexual transmission HIV/AIDS by stratified cluster random group. The specific objective is to analyze the difference in the negative psychology, sleep quality, high-risk behavior, sexually transmitted disease (syphilis) infection, medication compliance, treatment effect and others between homosexual transmission HIV/AIDS groups received precise case management or not, and put forward the reasonable countermeasures and suggestions according to the results.
