研究目的：

利用决策树模型系统和Logistic回归评估肠外营养相关性胆汁淤积症的风险因素并验证FGFs作为预测因子的有效性和临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To utilize the decision tree model system and Logistic regression to evaluate the risk factors for Parenteral Nutrition - Associated Cholestasis (PNAC) and validate the effectiveness and clinical application value of FGFs as predictive factors.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

先天畸形或染色体异常；存在肝外胆管发育异常、肝内胆管疾病、遗传代谢性疾病等；严重感染；其他系统严重并发症如颅内 出血等；信息不全；患儿死亡或家属要求放弃治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

Congenital malformations or chromosomal abnormalities; Extrahepatic bile duct dysplasia, intrahepatic bile duct disease, hereditary metabolic disease, etc.; Severe infection; Other systemic complications such as intracranial bleeding, etc.; incomplete information; The child dies or the family asks to forgo treatment.
