研究目的：

明确JAK-STAT 信号通路调控的细胞衰老在CAG的发生发展中所起到的作用，并阐明益气化瘀解毒方通过调控该途径治疗CAG的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the role of cellular senescence regulated by the JAK-STAT signaling pathway in the occurrence and development of CAG, and to elucidate the mechanism of action of the Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Formula in treating CAG by regulating this pathway.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）合并有消化道溃疡、A型胃炎、消化道肿瘤、消化道出血等器质性病变的患者； （2）合并有严重的心、脑、肾、肝、及凝血功能障碍等疾病的患者； （3）有胃部手术史的患者； （4）不能配合取活检的患者； （5）妊娠、哺乳期妇女及严重精神疾病不愿意配合者； 若存在以上中的任意一项，均需从本次研究排除。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with organic gastrointestinal diseases, including peptic ulcers, type A gastritis, gastrointestinal tumors, or gastrointestinal bleeding; (2) Patients with severe comorbidities affecting the heart, brain, kidneys, liver, or coagulation function; (3) Patients with a history of gastric surgery; (4) Patients unable to cooperate with biopsy collection; (5) Pregnant or lactating women, as well as individuals with severe mental illness who are unwilling to comply with the study. Patients meeting any of the above criteria were excluded from the study.

慢性萎缩性胃炎组采取YIQIHUAYUJIEDU方治疗，处方组成：黄芪 30g、党参 15g、白术 15g、三七 5g、陈皮 10g、砂仁 5g、炙甘草 10g、蒲公英 15g，每日1剂，分早晚两次温服，连续治疗共6个月。

Intervention：

The chronic atrophic gastritis group was treated with the YIQIHUAYUJIEDU formula. The formula consisted of: Astragalus membranaceus 30g, Codonopsis pilosula 15g, Atractylodes macrocephala 15g, Notoginseng 5g, dried tangerine peel 10g, Cardamom 5g, Glycyrrhiza uralensis 10g, and dandelion 15g. One dose was taken daily, divided into two warm doses in the morning and evening, for a total of 6 months.
