Objectives of Study：

To observe the efficacy and safety of dezocine in general anesthesia surgery in a real diagnosis and treatment environment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对地佐辛或其他阿片类药物存在过敏反应或有过敏史；
2.高呼吸道应激反应和气管插管困难评估；
3.孕妇或围产期妇女；
4.有精神病史，存在语言、认知等障碍；

Exclusion criteria：

1.There is an allergic reaction to dezocine or other opioid drugs or a history of allergy;
2.Evaluation of high respiratory tract stress response and difficulty in tracheal intubation;
3.Pregnant women or perinatal women;
4.There is a history of mental illness and there are language, cognitive and other disorders.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection was carried out using a unified case report form, and the collected data were medically verified by medical professionals and statistically verified by statisticians. If any data issues are found, they will be fed back to the data collectors, and the original medical records will be verified for data revision. The medical records in doubt will be finally determined by the researchers. The entire data management process will ensure that the integrity, accuracy and transparency of the data comply with regulations, guaranteeing the smooth progress of subsequent statistical analysis.
