主要目的：探究糖尿病患者日常活动过程中的步态特征、平衡功能、肌电特征； 次要目的：探究糖尿病患者运动障碍的下肢肌肉调控机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective: To explore the characteristics of gait, balance function and electromyography in patients with diabetes during daily activities. Secondary objective: To explore the mechanism of lower limb muscle regulation in diabetic patients with movement disorders.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

糖尿病与健康受试者排除标准相同 (1) 1型糖尿病、妊娠糖尿病或特殊类型糖尿病（如MODY） (2) 患有其他骨科或神经科疾病，如膝关节骨关节炎、卒中等； (3) 近3个月内糖尿病酮症酸中毒或严重低血糖事件（血糖＜2.8 mmol/L伴意识障碍）； (4) 癌症患者； (5) 10年内有下肢骨折或进行下肢手术者； (6) 下肢为假肢的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for diabetic and healthy subjects were the same (1) Type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes, or specific forms of diabetes (e.g., MODY) (2) other orthopedic or neurological diseases, such as knee osteoarthritis, stroke, etc.; (3) diabetic ketoacidosis or severe hypoglycemia (blood glucose < 2.8 mmol/L with disturbance of consciousness) within the past 3 months; (4) cancer patients; (5) patients with lower limb fracture or lower limb surgery within 10 years; (6) patients with prosthetic lower limbs.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用标准化病例记录表（CRF）和电子数据采集系统（EDC）相结合的方式进行数据管理。CRF由经过培训的研究人员填写，记录受试者基本信息、临床指标和安全性数据，经双人核对后归档保存。电子数据通过符合GCP规范的EDC系统录入，系统具备逻辑校验、审计追踪和权限管控功能，实施双录入机制确保数据准确性。所有数据存储于加密服务器，定期备份，分析时使用脱敏数据集。研究全程执行源数据核查和质量控制，确保数据真实、完整且符合伦理要求，研究结束后数据将匿名化保存5年备查.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

A combination of standardized case record form (CRF) and electronic data capture system (EDC) was used for data management in this study. The CRF was filled in by trained research staff, and the basic information, clinical indicators and safety data of the subjects were recorded. Electronic data were entered through the EDC system conforming to the GCP specifications. The system had logical verification, audit tracking and authority control functions, and the double entry mechanism was implemented to ensure data accuracy. All data were stored on an encrypted server, backed up regularly, and desensitized datasets were used for analysis. The source data verification and quality control were carried out throughout the study to ensure the authenticity, completeness and ethical compliance of the data. The data were anonymized and stored for 5 years for future reference after the end of the study.
