研究目的:

本项目立足于国家“加强青少年心理健康工作”的政策背景,从实施性研究视角出发,在踏车模型指导下,采用混合研究方法构建心理弹性干预策略,开展以学校为基础的实证研究和追踪调查,促进其采纳、实施和维持,让更多青少年受益,助力健康中国建设。  

Objectives of Study:

This project is grounded in the national policy context of strengthening adolescent mental health initiatives. From an implementation-research perspective and under the guidance of the PEDALS model (Problem, Evidence-based Practice, Determinants, Action, Long-term and Scale), it will employ mixed methods to develop a psychological-resilience intervention strategy, conduct school-based empirical studies and follow-up surveys, and promote the intervention’s adoption, implementation, and sustainability so that more adolescents can benefit and contribute to the Healthy China initiative.

Exclusion criteria:

1. Currently receiving other structured or systematic psychological treatment. 2. Adolescents or their parents have limited cognitive capacity or are unable to cooperate with study assessments.

选择条件相近的初中和高中各两所,从抽中学校的初一和高一年级各随机抽取6个班,对抽中班级的所有学生进行问卷调查。从每个年级各抽取3个班纳入干预组,干预组共包含12个班,未入选的12个班作为对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

Two junior high schools and two senior high schools with similar characteristics will be selected. From the selected schools, six classes will be randomly drawn from the first grade of junior high (Grade 7) and six classes from the first grade of senior high (Grade 10), and all students in the selected classes will be surveyed. From each grade, three classes will be randomly assigned to the intervention group, resulting in a total of 12 intervention classes; the remaining 12 classes will serve as the control group.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

1. 数据采集 (1) 采集方式:采用统一印刷的调查表,由参试者自填或调查员辅助填写; (2) 采集流程:调查员现场发放问卷,指导填写并当场回收; (3) 质量控制:现场检查问卷完整性(如无漏填、矛盾选项)。 2. 源数据:纸质问卷存放于文件柜中,保存至研究结束后至少5年。 3. 采集和录入人员:现场调查员负责问卷发放、回收、初步逻辑核查;数据录入员采用双人独立录入,记录差异。 4. 核对制度:数据管理员监督录入质量,合并数据集,处理缺失值。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

1. Data collection (1) Collection method: A standardized printed questionnaire will be used; participants will complete it themselves or with assistance from an investigator. (2) Collection procedure: Investigators will distribute the questionnaires on site, provide guidance for completion, and collect them immediately. (3) Quality control: On-site checks will be conducted to verify questionnaire completeness (for example, no missing items or contradictory responses). 2. Source data: Paper questionnaires will be stored in a filing cabinet and retained for at least five years after study completion. 3. Collection and data-entry personnel: On-site investigators will be responsible for questionnaire distribution, collection, and initial logical checks; data entry clerks will perform double independent entry and document any discrepancies. 4. Verification system: A data manager will supervise entry quality, merge datasets, and handle missing data.
