系统评估人工耳蜗儿童在基础听觉特征(如纯音、音节、音调)、空间声源定位以及音乐感知等多维听觉加工方面的能力,结合脑电(EEG/ERP)、行为学和问卷量表,客观刻画其在植入前、植入后及长期随访过程中的动态变化。  

Objectives of Study:

To systematically evaluate the multidimensional auditory processing abilities of children with cochlear implants—including basic auditory features (such as pure tones, syllables, and pitch), spatial sound localization, and music perception—by combining electroencephalography (EEG/ERP), behavioral measures, and questionnaire assessments, in order to objectively characterize their dynamic changes before implantation, after implantation, and throughout long-term follow-up.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.存在严重的认知障碍,无法理解或配合实验任务; 2.存在严重的情绪障碍或行为问题,影响研究执行; 3.无法理解或遵循研究指令的儿童。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Children with severe cognitive impairments who cannot understand or comply with experimental tasks; 2.Children with severe emotional disorders or behavioral problems that interfere with study procedures; 3.Children unable to comprehend or follow study instructions.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

数据采集通过病例记录表(CRF)和高密度 EEG 系统同步完成; 所有数据经去标识化后存储于天津大学医学院实验室专用加密服务器,仅授权研究人员可访问; 采用电子数据采集与管理系统(EDC),遵循《个人信息保护法》《数据安全法》,多层加密、权限分级、物理隔离; 数据保存时间不少于 5 年,长期保存直至研究方向分析完成。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Data collection is performed using Case Report Forms (CRF) combined with high-density EEG systems. All data will be de-identified and stored on encrypted dedicated servers at Tianjin University School of Medicine, with access restricted to authorized researchers only. An Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system will be adopted, following the Personal Information Protection Law and Data Security Law, with multi-layer encryption, graded access control, and physical isolation. Data will be retained for at least 5 years and preserved long-term until all necessary analyses for the research direction are completed.
