本研究旨在通过对比11-13周岁的少体校学生和普通学生的肠道菌群和心理健康状况，探索两者之间的差异，为青少年健康管理和心理健康干预提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the differences between the gut microbiota and mental health status of students aged 11 to 13 in sports schools and ordinary students，in order to provide scientific basis for adolescent health management and mental health intervention.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

存在严重精神疾病或情绪障碍史（如抑郁症、双相情感障碍、精神分裂症等）及参与其他干预性临床研究者

Exclusion criteria：

Those who have a history of severe mental illness or mood disorder (such as depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.) and participate in other interventional clinical studies
