研究目的：

观察随访艾滋病脆弱人群抗病毒治疗后多系统并发症发生发展规律。优化抗病毒适宜方案，监测艾滋病患者心血管、肝、肾、骨、精神神经系统及免疫重建不全等并发症，构建特色专病队列，进一步研究多脏器病变规律。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe and follow up the occurrence and development of multiple system complications in AIDS vulnerable population after antiviral treatment. Optimize the appropriate antiviral program, monitor the cardiovascular, liver, kidney, bone, psychoneurotic system and immune reconstitution of AIDS patients and other complications, build a special disease cohort, and further study the law of multi-organ lesions.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1: 严重的精神疾病病史，妊娠期妇女，不能配合随访者 2: 不能或不愿提供知情同意书或遵守研究要求

Exclusion criteria：

1: History of severe mental illness, pregnant woman, unable to cooperate with interviewers; 2: Inability or unwillingness to provide informed consent or comply with study requirements.
