纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

严重的颅内压升高，CT提示脑疝形成；未控制的高血压；近3月发生急性心肌梗死、心绞痛或急性心力衰；持续存在的慢性肺部疾病，如哮喘、慢阻肺等；严重的面瘫或口颜面失用。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe intracranial hypertension, CT indicating brain herniation formation; uncontrolled hypertension; acute myocardial infarction, angina pectoris or acute heart failure within the past 3 months; persistent chronic pulmonary diseases, such as asthma, COPD, etc.; severe facial paralysis or orofacial apraxia.

干预措施：	使用阈值负荷训练设备每天进行两次呼吸肌训练，连续 2 周。完整的训练计划包括热身、吸气肌训练、呼气肌训练和放松。3-5 分钟的热身和放松运动包括腹式呼吸、缩唇呼吸和上肢运动。为了进行吸气和呼气肌训练，参与者被要求保持坐位，用鼻夹夹住鼻子，并通过口唇吸气或呼气。训练包括六组，每组 10 次呼吸，组间间隔一分钟。参与者从三组吸气训练开始，然后在休息 2 分钟后进行三组呼气训练。在 RMT 组中，吸气或呼气训练的阈值负荷分别设置为最大吸气压力（MIP）或最大呼气压力（MEP）的 60%。	干预措施代码：
Intervention：	RMT was performed twice daily for continuous 2 weeks using a threshold load training device (BlueWhale?, XEEK Medical Device Co., Ltd., Xiamen, China). The complete training program included warm-up, inspiratory muscle training, expiratory muscle training and cool down. The 3-5 min warm-up and cool down included diaphragmatic breathing, pursed lips breathing and upper limb movements. To perform the inspiratory and expiratory muscle training, participants were instructed to keep the sitting position, obstruct the nose with a nasal clip, and breathe in or out through the mouthpiece. The training consisted of six sets of 10 breaths each with one-minute interval between sets. Participants began with three sets of inspiratory training, then progressed to three sets of expiratory training after 2 minutes of rest. In the RMT group, the threshold load was set at 60% of maximal inspiratory pressure (MIP) or maximal expiratory pressure (MEP) for the inspiratory or expiratory training, respectively. MIP and MEP were remeasured and threshold load was readjusted weekly by the trainer.	Intervention code：
