研究目的:

(1)探索虚拟环境中速度参数调控偏瘫患者上肢功能表现的机制。 (2)探索虚拟环境中距离参数调控偏瘫患者上肢功能表现的机制。 (3)解释VR上肢功能康复的临床疗效及相关中枢机制。  

Objectives of Study:

(1)To investigate the mechanisms of velocity parameter modulation on upper extremity functional performance in hemiplegic patients within virtual environments. (2)To explore the mechanisms of distance parameter modulation on upper extremity functional performance in hemiplegic patients within virtual environments. (3)To elucidate the clinical efficacy of VR-based upper extremity rehabilitation and its associated central neural mechanisms.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.无法获得知情同意书;
2.近三个月注射/准备注射肉毒毒素注射;
3.助行器辅助下仍不能独立步行;
4.参加其它药物或者手功能康复相关研究;
5.使用VR头盔有明显不适感;

Exclusion criteria:

1. Inability to provide informed consent; 2. Botulinum toxin injection within 3 months or planned injection; 3. Non-ambulatory status even with walking aids; 4. Concurrent participation in other drug or hand function rehabilitation trials; 5. Significant discomfort during VR headset use;
