研究目的：

构建养老机构老年人痴呆恐惧的干预方案，评价干预方案对养老机构老年人痴呆恐惧的干预效果

Objectives of Study：

Constructing an intervention program for fear of dementia among older adults in nursing facilities and evaluating the effectiveness of the intervention program on fear of dementia among older adults in nursing facilities.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①由医疗保健工作者诊断为轻度认知障碍、阿尔茨海默病或痴呆；②北京版蒙特利尔认知评估量表≤25分；③存在严重的心理疾病、精神异常者；④患有严重疾病或疾病终末期的老年人；⑤近期经历其他重大生活事件者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diagnosed as mild cognitive impairment, Alzheimer's disease or dementia by health care workers; 2. Beijing Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale <=25; 3. those with serious mental illness and mental abnormality; 4. the elderly with serious diseases or terminal diseases; 5. Those who have recently experienced other major life events.

选取规模、环境、文化、配置等各方面相近的两家养老机构作为研究机构，从中选取符合纳入、排除标准的老年人，进行整群纳入，采用抛硬币法将两家机构随机分为对照组和干预组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Two old-age care institutions with similar scale, environment, culture and configuration were selected as research institutions, and the elderly who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected for cluster inclusion. The two institutions were randomly divided into control group and intervention group by coin toss.

Data management was done using Epidata software for double entry management data and Spss software for statistical analysis.
