研究目的：

通过利用《中国健康与养老追踪调查》数据库大样本分析高血压合并失眠老年患者的流行病学资料，筛选具有影响不良预后效能的独立影响因素，进而构建临床预后预测模型。同时，募集江苏省中医院高血压合并失眠老年患者临床资料，通过验证预测模型评估患者出现不良预后可能，用以探索高血压合并失眠老年患者的中医证素与不良预后相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

By using the large sample analysis of epidemiological data of elderly patients with hypertension and insomnia in the "China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study" database, independent influencing factors that affect poor prognosis were screened, and a clinical prognosis prediction model was constructed. At the same time, clinical data of elderly patients with hypertension and insomnia from Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected to evaluate the possibility of adverse prognosis through the validation of predictive models, in order to explore the correlation between traditional Chinese medicine syndrome elements and adverse prognosis in elderly patients with hypertension and insomnia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.病历资料缺失较多者； 2.对自我症状描述不清或不能配合调查及检查者，病情危重患者； 3.患有肝性脑病、痴呆、精神分裂等有睡眠节律昼夜颠倒现象的患者，或患有其他精神类疾病不能配合完成调查者； 4.合并其他会干扰本研究建模的疾病，包括但不限于：在明确诊断高血压前发生的心脑肾血管疾病、心脑肾外伤、心脑肾血管结构先天性畸形等患者； 5.孕妇及哺乳期妇女； 6.法律上的残疾。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have a large number of missing medical records; 2. Those who have unclear descriptions of their own symptoms or cannot cooperate with the investigation and examination, and are critically ill; 3. Patients with hepatic encephalopathy, dementia, schizophrenia and other phenomena with diurnal reversal of sleep rhythm, or those with other psychiatric diseases who cannot cooperate with the completion of the survey; 4. Patients with other diseases that will interfere with the modeling of this study, including but not limited to: patients with cardio-cerebrovascular diseases, cardio-cerebro-renal trauma, and congenital malformations of cardio-cerebrorenal vascular structures that occurred before the definitive diagnosis of hypertension; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Legal Disability.
