研究目的:

本研究采用随机对照试验设计,通过为期12周的干预周期,系统探索碎片化运动对久坐学生多系统健康指标的干预效应。研究以心肺功能、糖脂代谢特征和炎症因子谱等核心生物标志物为主要评价指标,同时整合评估其对脑功能及认知表现的改善作用;次要观察指标包括身体形态参数、身体体成分特征、身体素质指标、血压、肺活量以及心理健康状态等多维度的健康效应评估。  

Objectives of Study:

In this study, a randomized controlled trial was used to systematically explore the effect of fragmented exercise on multisystem health indicators in sedentary students through a 12-week intervention cycle. The study took core biomarkers such as cardiopulmonary function, glucose and lipid metabolism characteristics and inflammatory factor profile as the main evaluation indicators, and integrated and evaluated their improvement effects on brain function and cognitive performance. Secondary observation indicators included multi-dimensional health effect evaluation such as body morphological parameters, body composition characteristics, physical fitness indicators, blood pressure, lung capacity, and mental health status.

(1)心血管疾病、代谢性疾病、运动禁忌症; (2)近期服用影响代谢或情绪的药物; (3)左利手; (4)尼古丁或者酒精及其它药物滥用者;

Exclusion criteria:

1. Cardiovascular disease, metabolic disease, exercise contraindications; 2. Recent use of drugs that affect metabolism or mood; 3. left-handed; 4. Those who abuse nicotine or alcohol and other drugs;

Data Collection and Management This study’s data collection and management are divided into the following two parts: Case Record Form (CRF) All relevant data in this study will be collected using standardized Case Record Forms (CRFs). The CRFs will include all critical information outlined in the study design, such as baseline characteristics, interventions, follow-up outcomes, and records of adverse events. All paper-based or electronic CRFs will be completed by trained research personnel to ensure accuracy and consistency of the data. Electronic Data Capture (EDC) Data will be entered into the internet-based Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system ResMan Public Management Platform, accessible at http://www.medresman.org. The ResMan system features real-time data entry, automatic validation, and secure storage functions, which effectively minimize data entry errors and enhance data quality. The system will be operated by authorized personnel, and all data will be password-protected, with access limited to authorized members of the research team. Data collection and management will strictly adhere to the requirements of the ethics committee and relevant laws and regulations, ensuring the protection of participant privacy and data security, as well as maintaining the integrity and scientific validity of the data.
