研究目的：

通过全身麻醉药物镇静作用下脑磁图动态改变，观察脑功能信号传递及功能信息连接的改变，进一步探讨意识消失-意识恢复、睡眠-觉醒的机制，以期阐述全麻药物脑作用机制，预测个体化精准麻醉。  

Objectives of Study：

By observing the dynamic changes in magnetoencephalography under the sedative effect of general anesthetics, and comparing their differences, to elucidate the mechanism of general anesthetic drugs on brain. we also aim to explore the mechanisms of loss - recovery of consciousness, and sleep - awakening, and further predict individualized precise anesthesia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

合并冠心病、高血压、糖尿病、心律失常及脑卒中病史者；对于麻醉药物或药物成分过敏者；合并精神疾病史；正在服用治疗情绪及睡眠障碍等药物者；合并重度肝肾功能障碍者；不能合作者等。

Exclusion criteria：

Those with a history of coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, arrhythmia and stroke; those allergic to anesthetic drugs or their components; those with a history of mental illness; those currently taking medications for emotional and sleep disorders; those with severe liver or kidney dysfunction; those who cannot cooperate.
