研究目的：

1. 明确RA-FLS中糖原累积促进迁移及侵袭； 2. 明确RA-FLS中糖自噬蛋白的线性泛素化改变诱导糖原累积； 3. 揭示RA-FLS中线性泛素化修饰糖原累积的位点，影响FLS的特性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. glycogen accumulation in RA-FLS promotes migration and invasion; 2. The linear ubiquitination changes of glycoautophagy proteins in RA-FLS induce glycogen accumulation; 3. Reveal the sites where linearly ubiquitinated modified glycogen accumulates in RA-FLS and affect the characteristics of FLS.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 血液样本：明确诊断为RA或OA的患者，在采血前1月内接受过任何激素或免疫抑制剂治疗的；采血时存在明确感染证据的；合并恶性肿瘤等严重疾病的。 2. 关节液样本：明确诊断为RA的患者，在留取标本前1月内接受过任何激素或免疫抑制剂治疗的；存在关节感染的；合并恶性肿瘤等严重疾病的。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Blood sample: Patients with a clear diagnosis of RA or OA who have received any hormone or immunosuppressant therapy within one month prior to blood collection; Where there is clear evidence of infection at the time of blood collection; Those with serious diseases such as malignant tumors. 2. Joint fluid samples: Patients diagnosed with RA who have received any hormone or immunosuppressant therapy within one month prior to specimen collection; Those with joint infections; Those with serious diseases such as malignant tumors.
