本研究旨在通过回顾性分析，探究前牙即刻种植中，拔牙窝唇侧骨壁厚度和跳跃间隙宽度与远期植体唇侧骨吸收的相关性  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to investigate the correlation between the thickness of the bone wall on the labial side of the extraction socket and the width of the jump gap with the labial bone resorption of the implant in the distal period in immediate anterior dental implantation by means of retrospective analysis

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 半口或全口种植修复的患者； 2. 缺少CBCT图像或不清晰，伪影存在影响数据测量患者； 3. 种植体脱落失败患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients with half or full mouth implant restorations;
2. patients with missing or unclear CBCT images and the presence of artifacts affecting data measurement;
3. patients with failed implant dislodgement.

Using Mimics software, preoperative and postoperative CBCT were imported for digital measurement and analysis to calculate the height change value from the lingual crest to the implant shoulder and marginal bone resorption. Patient satisfaction was also investigated through postoperative follow-up.
