研究目的:

技术研发:开发分流装置的储液囊局部温控系统和红外热成像检测装置,包括:储液囊局部温控系统、红外传感器、数据处理模块和反馈系统的可视化。 性能验证:在实验室测试装置的检测精度和稳定性。 (精度参数: 空间分辨率:采用标准热分辨率测试卡测量最小可分辨温差(MRTD),一般<=0.05 ℃。温度精度:使用黑体辐射源在35-40 ℃范围内分5个温度点验证,误差应<±0.1 ℃。 稳定性测试: 时间稳定性:连续工作采集数据,温度漂移<0.3%; 环境适应性:在18-28 ℃室温范围、30-70%湿度条件下重复检测; 重复性测试:对同一分流管模型进行20次连续测量,计算变异系数(CV<5%)。) 临床应用:通过临床试验验证该装置的有效性,提高评估准确性。 (诊断性能指标(对比CT/MRI): 敏感性/特异性:要求>90%/85% ROC曲线下面积(AUC):目标值>0.92 阳性/阴性预测值:考虑患病率校正。)  

Objectives of Study:

Technology R&D: Development of the reservoir bladder local temperature control system and infrared thermography detection device for the shunt device, including: visualisation of the reservoir bladder local temperature control system, infrared sensors, data processing module and feedback system. Performance validation: Test the detection accuracy and stability of the device in the laboratory. (Accuracy parameters: Spatial resolution: Minimum Resolvable Temperature Difference (MRTD) is measured using a standard thermal resolution test card, typically <= 0.05 °C. Temperature accuracy: using a blackbody radiation source in the range of 35-40 ℃ in five temperature points to verify that the error should be <±0.1 ℃. Stability test: time stability: continuous work to collect data, temperature drift <0.3%; environmental adaptability: repeat the test in the range of 18-28 ℃ room temperature, 30-70% humidity conditions; repeatability test: 20 consecutive measurements on the same manifold model, calculate the coefficient of variation (CV <5%). Clinical application: validate the effectiveness of the device through clinical trials to improve assessment accuracy. (Diagnostic performance indicators (comparing CT/MRI): Sensitivity/specificity: >90%/85% required Area under the ROC curve (AUC): target value >0.92 Positive/negative predictive value: considering prevalence correction.)
