研究目的：

颅底重建的方案降低 EEEA 术后脑脊液鼻漏及并发症发生率，探究目前术中高流量脑脊液漏颅底重建方案的疗效，讨论颅底重建方案的手术注意要点、应用原则及手术适应症，为未来临床工作提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The reconstruction plan of the skull base reduces the incidence of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea and complications after EEEA surgery. This study explores the efficacy of the current high-flow cerebrospinal fluid leakage skull base reconstruction plan during surgery, discusses the key points of surgery, application principles and surgical indications of the skull base reconstruction plan, and provides a reference for future clinical work.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、受试者术前存在严重颅内感染； 2、有严重的精神或神经系统疾病，无法自主配合术后管理及随访； 3、因其他疾病导致预期生存期有限，无法完成整个研究周期； 4、变应性鼻炎发作期及近期鼻腔手术史； 5、颅脑外伤及相关手术史； 6、甲状腺原发疾病导致相关激素异常； 7、其它系统恶性肿瘤

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative presence of severe intracranial infection. 2. Severe psychiatric or neurological disorders impairing the ability to independently comply with postoperative management and follow-up. 3. Limited life expectancy due to other medical conditions, rendering completion of the study period unfeasible. 4. Active phase of allergic rhinitis or recent history of nasal surgery. 5. History of craniocerebral trauma or related surgeries. 6. Primary thyroid diseases causing abnormal hormone levels. 7. Malignancies in other organ systems.
