研究目的：

构建与验证新生儿持续性肺动脉高压风险（persistent pulmonary hypertension of the newborn，PPHN）预测模型，早期识别PPHN高危人群。

Objectives of Study：

To construct and validate the prediction model of persistent pulmonary hypertension of the newborn (PPHN) and identify the high-risk population of PPHN at an early stage.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.疑似或确诊染色体异常；
2.肺动脉高压阳性家族史或疑似遗传性肺动脉高压；
3.严重临床和实验室数据缺失（缺失数据超过 25%）的新生儿；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Infants with suspected or confirmed Chromosomal Abnormalities. 2. Infants with a positive family history of Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) or suspected Heritable Pulmonary Hypertension. 3. Infants with critical clinical and laboratory data missing (>25% missing data).

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	This study is based on retrospective data collection from the hospital's electronic medical record (EMR) system and does not involve case report forms (CRFs). Throughout the research process, the privacy and data security of study participants will be strictly protected. All collected personally identifiable information will be encrypted and stored in access-restricted databases, accessible only to authorized research personnel. Necessary technical measures, such as encryption and access controls, will be implemented during data transmission and storage to ensure data security.
