实验组的儿童随机选取一只眼滴用维生素B12眼药水，5次/天，且进行弱视训练治疗。对照组不滴用滴眼液，只进行弱视训练治疗。每位对象随访6个月。

The children in the experimental group were randomly given one eye drop of vitamin B12 eye drops for 5 times per day and were given amblyopia training treatment. The control group did not drip eye drops, only amblyopia training treatment. Each subject was followed up for 6 months
