研究目的：

1.通过分析可能导致心血管病患者发生病情变化的因素，提高医护人员对患者病情变化的早期识别能力，以便及时采取干预措施; 2.构建一个科学、全面且完善的适用于心血管临床工作的心血管疾病患者病情变化预警评分模型，以弥补临床上以经验性判断病情变化的不足，优化资源分配。  

Objectives of Study：

1. By analyzing the factors that may lead to the changes in the condition of patients with cardiovascular disease, improve the ability of medical staff to identify the changes in the patient's condition in an early manner, so as to take timely interventions; 2. Construct a scientific, comprehensive and complete early warning scoring model for patients with cardiovascular diseases suitable for cardiovascular clinical work, so as to make up for the lack of empirical judgment of disease changes in clinical practice and optimize resource allocation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.资料不全者； 2.非心血管疾病导致的病情变化，包括感染（如肺部感染、泌尿系感染）、呼吸系统疾病（如ARDS）、消化系统疾病（如急性胰腺炎、消化道出血）、神经系统疾病（如脑出血、蛛网膜下腔出血）、内分泌疾病（如糖尿病酮症酸中毒）、创伤及其他系统疾病（如骨折、急性肾衰竭）等引起的病情变化； 3.2022年11月至2023年5月数据(因此期大量新冠病毒患者住院，CCU 纳入医院综合管理，可能影响到收治病种).

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with incomplete information; 2. Changes in the condition caused by non-cardiovascular diseases, including infections (such as lung infections, urinary tract infections), respiratory diseases (such as ARDS), digestive diseases (such as acute pancreatitis, gastrointestinal bleeding), neurological diseases (such as cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage), endocrine diseases (such as diabetic ketoacidosis), trauma and other systemic diseases (such as fractures, acute renal failure), etc.; 3. Data from November 2022 to May 2023 (due to the hospitalization of a large number of new coronavirus patients during this period, CCU is included in the comprehensive management of hospitals, which may affect the types of diseases admitted).
