通过对各年龄组散发急性胃肠炎病例和暴发病例的监测，全面阐明 A 组轮状病毒的基因型分布，系统分析代表性毒株的基因组结构，为轮状病毒疫苗的研发提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To comprehensively clarify the genotype distribution of group A rotavirus through surveillance of sporadic acute gastroenteritis cases across all age groups and outbreak cases, and systematicaly analyze the genome structure of representative strains, thus providing scientific basis for the research and development of rotavirus vaccines.

排除具有脓液、血便和粘液便特征的粪便病例。

Exclusion criteria：

The cases with the stool characteristic of pus, blood stool and mucous stool are excluded.
